AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We ship via Australia Post or DHL Express.
Please note if your shipping address is not in a metro area, it can take a few extra days to get to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DHL Express does not ship to PO Box addresses or military addresses.

We use a signed-for delivery service. Someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot. If you would prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement with DHL’s ODD site using your waybill number. Please note that if you choose to remove this, 811 Originals cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or custom charges. All taxes and custom charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, at this moment we are unable to offer free returns but this is something we hope to offer in the future!

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on any underwear garments (including socks) and hats/beanies.

Once your return is received by us, please allow up to 7 days for returns to be processed.

We accept returns for refund & exchanges.

HOW TO RETURN:

1. To start your return, please CLICK HERE  and enter your order number & e-mail address used on order
2. Select the item/s you wish to return and the reason for return
3. - Australian customers: Return address will be sent to you and you can head to your local Australia Post to ship it back.
   - International customers: Select your preferred method of return: Purchase a DHL return label from us OR Organize your own return and ship back using any courier of your choice.

If you would like an exchange on your order, please follow the above instructions to submit your return request, then e-mail us at sales@811originals.com to let us know you would like an exchange.

When exchanging an item, you will need to pay for the cost of re-shipping.
