By purchasing from us, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by the terms of sale and responsible for any legal costs arising from breach of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not go through with placing an order.

Not Authorized for Rental Use (Commercial hire) – Subject to Legal Action.
This product is not to be used for commercial hire purposes, in unauthorized advertising or resold commercially by unauthorized vendors.



Whilst we endeavour to get your order delivered to you within the specified timeframe, there may be some delays in shipping at times due to circumstances that are out of our control such as weather strikes or customs holding.

Please do not refuse any deliveries. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and $50 return costs in the case of refused deliveries.

If you choose to cancel an order before it is sent, there will be a $10 merchant fee which will be taken from the amount refunded.



The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail as any returned items that are not received by us will not be issued a refund or exchange. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

All colors of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colors and size specifications. Colors may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must not be worn, altered, washed or have any makeup stains from just trying on. All merchandise must also still have tag attached. Once received by the 811 originals team, all returns will be inspected before a refund/exchange is offered. 811 originals reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the items returned are used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. If your return is denied, you will be notified via e-mail and the denied items will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

If you have chosen to organize your own return and ship back using any delivery courier of your choice, the return parcel is your responsibility until it reached 811 Originals. Responsibility for incorrect address is at the customer’s expense. If you are returning from an international location, it is very important that you label the items as ‘RETURNED GOODS’. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs and charges may be applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless you, the customer, pays these fees. If you do not pay the fees, the parcel will be returned to you by the Australian Customs Dept at the customer’s expense. All orders over $500 returned may incur duties, taxes and regulatory charges which will be at the customer’s expense.



We inspect all garments at two zones prior to dispatch so in the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, please e-mail us at sales@811originals.com with your order number, brief description of the fault and photos of the affected area.
Garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty and any items that have been altered will not be classifies as faulty. If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we will repair or replace the item. In the case that it cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be issued.
