Returns
RETURNS POLICY
Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, at this moment we are unable to offer free returns but this is something we hope to offer in the future!
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on any underwear garments (including socks) and hats/beanies.
Once your return is received by us, please allow up to 7 days for returns to be processed.
We accept returns for refund & exchanges.
HOW TO RETURN:
- To start your return, please CLICK HERE and enter your order number & e-mail address used on order
- Select the item/s you wish to return and the reason for return
- - Australian customers: Return address will be sent to you and you can head to your local Australia Post to ship it back.
- International customers: Select your preferred method of return: Purchase a DHL return label from us OR Organize your own return and ship back using any courier of your choice.
If you would like an exchange on your order, please follow the above instructions to submit your return request, then e-mail us at sales@811originals.com to let us know you would like an exchange.
When exchanging an item, you will need to pay for the cost of re-shipping.
